Materials named on the drawing, inspection before the container, packing that arrives intact.
Mounting hardware is a low-cost part of a project and a high-cost failure if it does not fit. Our checks focus on the dimensions and finishes that cause fit problems.
Steel grade and section, aluminium profile quality and fastener specification checked against the approved list before machining starts.
The first finished part of every run is measured and compared with the drawing or approved sample before the batch continues.
Sampling during production for hole position, thread, plate angle, cut length and visible weld or forming defects.
Final quantity, dimensions, coating condition, hardware completeness and packing check, with photo records on request.
The material and finish of each item is stated on the quotation and confirmed on the drawing, so there is no assumption left on either side.
| Component | Material | Finish / protection | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ground screw | Q235 carbon steel | Hot dip galvanised | Buried steel needs coating thickness and continuity far beyond a paint finish |
| Aluminium rail / profile | Aluminium extrusion | Mill finish or anodised | Anodising protects the surface and keeps the section stable outdoors |
| Mid / end clamp | Aluminium body | Anodised | Clamping surface must grip the module frame without cutting it |
| Bolts, nuts, washers | Stainless steel | Passivated | Dissimilar-metal contact at the joint is where corrosion starts |
| Roof hook | Stainless steel | Brushed / passivated | Roof penetrations are the hardest point to service later |
Production to your drawing or sample, including non-standard brackets, hook profiles and rail sections. Your tooling or design is not shared with other buyers.
Samples of standard items for evaluation, and pre-production samples of custom parts for approval. Sample cost and lead time are quoted up front.
One contact for your order from quotation to loading, with production status updates and a single point for technical questions.
It depends on the item and whether tooling is involved. For standard products we are flexible and can start from a trial order; for custom parts the MOQ relates to the production run. Tell us the item and quantity and we will confirm.
Yes โ that is most of what we do. Send a 2D drawing, a STEP file or a physical sample, and we will confirm the material, finish and tolerances before quoting.
Send the module datasheet or measure the frame: frame thickness and depth determine the clamp choice, and the rail selection follows from the layout and load case.
Yes. Give us the roof layout or module count and we will prepare the bill of materials, quote it as one package and pack it per roof if you need it that way.
Send the drawing or the module datasheet and we will confirm what the project needs.
