Solar mounting hardware from Xiamen, China — suppliers of the parts that hold an array together.
XGreen Solar is the solar mounting hardware business of Xiamen XinGreen Tech Co., Ltd., based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China — one of the country's main ports for steel and aluminium products.
We do one thing deliberately narrowly: we make and supply the accessories that go with a racking system. Ground screws for the foundation, aluminium rails and profiles for the structure, clamps for the module fixing, roof hooks for the roof interface and grounding parts for the electrical side. Buyers who assemble systems — EPC contractors, distributors, roofers and mounting-system companies — can cover the full bill of materials from one factory instead of chasing five suppliers.
Because every project drawing is slightly different, customisation is our normal working mode rather than an exception: adjusted lengths, flange plates, hole patterns, bolt spacing and finishes, produced against an approved sample.
Hardware is only useful if it arrives complete, correct and ready to install. Three things we control for that reason.
Cutting, drilling, threading, bending and welding of steel and aluminium parts to the approved drawing, with first-article check before the run.
For roof systems we assemble and pack complete kits — rail, hooks, clamps, bolts, grounding parts — labelled per roof or per project stage.
Hot dip galvanising for steel and anodising for aluminium are supervised on our partner lines and checked for coating condition before packing.
Most quality problems in mounting hardware start long before production — in an ambiguous drawing or a panel thickness that was assumed rather than measured. Our process is built to remove that ambiguity.
To be the accessory supplier a project buyer can send a drawing to, and receive back a correct offer, an approved sample and a shipment that matches it — every time.
Solar installation markets in Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, working through distributors, mounting-system companies and EPC contractors.
